Pricing

Pricing built for hosted operations.

Your bill is clear by design: platform subscription, hosted runtime, and provider usage. Stripe handles subscriptions and invoices while CascadiaAI gives detailed usage visibility across managed provider usage by workspace and agent.

Bill anatomy

Three layers, transparently separated.

Layer 01 · Subscription

Platform access

Control plane access, base support coverage, workspace configuration. Prepaid via Stripe.

Layer 02 · Runtime

Hosted AWS infrastructure

ECS, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch — billed transparently. You see the line items.

Layer 03 · Provider usage

Managed OpenAI consumption

Launch path. Postpaid monthly, metered at agent + workspace. Ollama rolls out by plan.

Plans

Three plans. Honest inclusions.

Activation is paid up front through Stripe; subscriptions prepaid monthly or annual; provider usage postpaid. Soft alerts first before any hard enforcement.

FAQ

Common questions about the bill.

Why are OpenAI and Ollama on my CascadiaAI invoice?

CascadiaAI bills managed provider usage as part of hosted platform delivery so you can operate from one account and one billing workflow. OpenAI is the launch path, and Ollama-enabled plans expand as hosted capacity and support policies mature.

How is usage tracked?

Usage is metered at the agent and workspace level and shown in your control plane before invoicing. You can monitor projected month-end spend in real time.

Do you offer refunds?

Refundability depends on charge type. Subscription, activation, runtime, provider usage, support, and custom-work charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period or delivery milestone has started, except for verified billing errors.

How do credits expire and appear on invoices?

Purchased, service, and evaluation credits have defined expiry windows and are consumed FIFO by earliest expiry. Invoices show opening credit balance, credits applied, credits issued or expired, and closing balance.

What happens when I change plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal by default. Monthly-to-annual changes normally take effect at renewal; if an immediate conversion is approved, the transition invoice shows explicit prorated debit and credit lines.

Can I start simple and expand later?

Yes. Start with a Launch or Growth package and add custom skills or custom agents as your workflows mature. Expansion is scoped delivery on top of your existing platform account.
